	Donald M. Corliss, Jr. (J.D., LL.M.) Donald M. Corliss leverages more than 30 years of business and legal expertise to advise clients in the areas of Estate Planning, Business Planning, Asset Protection and Wealth Preservation. Aside from background and experience, Don brings a very personal and relationship centered approach to his clients, with a genuine concern and understanding of the uniqueness of each business, family and client that he works with. Don draws from a rich life, legal and business background to address his clients’ personal and business needs and objectives. In addition to his legal experience, Don has extensive business experience as a real estate and business developer, business manager, executive, and outside Corporate General Counsel. Having sat on both sides of the table adds a real-life perspective to Don’s outlook and approach to planning.

Don has four children and when not working, enjoys sailing, photography, wine tasting and traveling. He is active in his community and church and very much enjoys living in a beach community.

Sharla Corliss De Luca

Sharla brings extensive experience in directing business operations. Her proficiency is finely honed and her management and people skills have been developed over a 10 year period in which she has supported manufacturing, professional, and retail markets in a management capacity.

Sharla is a detail oriented person, confident in tracking financial, sales, and employee data and is an ideal person to assist Corliss in realizing its strong client service, estate and business planning goals. Sharla has attended numerous seminars and formal discussion groups focused on the development and enhancement of her business knowledge in addition to sharpening her exceptional people skills.

Sharla, who was recently married Ben, enjoys listening to music, cooking, reading, art, bike riding, relaxing at the beach, shopping, and playing with her puppy, Bella.
